Sec 310
Hrm548 - International, Global, and Domestic Business
Hrm 548 - I’m planning to pursue a career as a Security Specialist under the US State Department. The U.S. State Department is the leading foreign affairs organization responsible for conveying and employing U.S. foreign policy domestically and overseas. After twenty long honorable years of service in the United States Navy, it will be an honor to serve this great country again. Let’s face it; I don’t think they will employ me as a Security Manager right away. The lowest ranking security position is a specialist. Just landing a job under the US State Department is tough enough. But if I got it, I will be more than happy to oblige.
Sec310 - The role of a Security Manager under the US State Department stands as local guard, perform residential security for dignitaries, and manage a surveillance detection program for an assigned topographical area. He proactively cultivates, recommends, manages and provides interpretation for program policies, standards and procedures superseding local guard, residential and surveillance detection programs. He manages and omits assigned security high/low threat protection programs for his designated areas. As a Security Manager he also plans, develops and conducts program management reviews of US Embassy local guard, residential security and surveillance detection programs.
Sec 310 - Also manages programs on database and systems (INFOSEC), responsible for the trailing of business budgets, conducts foreign and domestic security contract management. The role of a Security Manager is first and foremost is the security, protection and support of a United States citizens living or traveling overseas. He also lends a hand assisting U.S. trades in the global fair; coordinate and provide upkeep for global events of other U.S. organizations.
